    I LOVE IT LOVE It LOVE IT I already own every turbo jam dvd there is and the extreme just gives you more motivation and more knowledge as to what you are doing and why you are doing it. Chalene explains everything to you and provides intense but fun workouts. I just got my extreme set and right away I am addicited to it. I would recommend this for any and every one.

    Wow – Finally – Just what I was looking for – I am not in bad shape – but I am 49 and things are starting to change – I truly feel as is if I have my own personal trainer in the room with me – Chalean does a fantastic job of letting you know the proper form to use, weights and I really push myself – now that I know the proper techniques – I no longer go through the motions of weight lifting.     I started this Exercise Program February 2009. I love this program it really challenges you to complete all of the workouts with maximum results. I love all of the beachbody workouts. I’ve done P90, P90 Master Series, TurboJam, and now i’m halfway through Chalene Extreme. Once i’ve completed that i’m moving onto P90X. Its been one year since ive started the beachbody experience and i’ve lost over 50lbs. i cant wait for them to come out with something new and more challenging. Thank you beachbody.

    I have now entered my 61st day using Chalene Extreme. I have to say this is a very intense workout. When I first started out I was only able to lift 5 to10 pounds. Now I am lifting 15 to 25lbs.     Loving it … I highly recommend investing in the Select Trac weights, if you do not have any heavy weights. I have been using for about 2 weeks … and I noticing changes in my body structure and strength. Seeing the approx 60 year old and the mother of 7 in videos is really inspirational. I have several workout videos … but this is my most favorite.

    I just love Chalene. I did turbo jam for a while and was waiting and waiting for the ChaLEAN Extreme. It is everything I expected and more. I just finished the burn phase and what a difference. I was in pretty good shape but my goal is to get leaner. I am on my way. I am on day 3 of the Push Phase and can not wait to see what my results are at the end of this month.     I have been working out for years but I always focused on one body part at a time during my workout. But with CHALEAN Extreme I can workout my legs while I do a shoulder exercise. Her sets are met to get the most results in a short period of time. This is by far the best exercise product I ever bought.     To be honest at first I really did not like ChaLEAN Extreme, I just couldn’t get into it, because I loved TurboJam so much and this was so very different, but I stuck with it and now I am seeing definition in my muscles, I simply love Chalene and all of her workouts, Just give ChaLEAN Extreme a try and you will LOVE it and find muscles and definition you never knew you had, I have and I love it.     GET THE PROGRAM. Don’t think about it. If you want results, order the program. Chalene lays everything out for you and makes the program easy to follow. That doesn’t mean the program is easy…it isn’t. It is challenging and will push you to your limits, but it gets results. I am about to finish the Burn phase and I have lost about 12 lbs.     I love this workout. It is only 30 to 35 minutes long and goes by fast. I love lifting weights and Charlean explains how to do it safely. I lost 5 inches in the waist the first month. I also love how it changes every month. I have about forty pounds to lose but can feel my muscles already and I am only half way though the program. After having surgery for breast cancer twice this has been a great workout for my body and is helping me gain strength mentally and physically.

    I have exercised daily for two months now using ChaLean Extreme and on the odd day Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix. I absolutely love her new program. In two months I’ve seen my body begin to reshape itself and have increased my strength.     ChaLean Extreme is awesome. The workouts are motivating and intense. Great for beginners through advanced. The meal plan is amazing. Easy, delicious recipes. This is the first time I’m actually sticking to a healthy diet. The only negative. I wish the warm up and cool down exercises were a little more varied and lasted a little longer. Not enough focus on upper body stretches. All the beautiful women are a bonus too but it was difficult to focus on intense workouts sometimes.

    I love ChaLean Extreme. I was already in good shape so I was nervous about buying a multi step workout series thinking that I may be wasting my money on half of it because it would be too easy. I was wrong. The weight lifting is modified at any fitness level and the cardio is intense. I do more cardio than the calendar suggests by adding a few turbo jam workouts or jogs in every here and there but I think that it is a great workout. I would recommend it to anyone.

    I have purchased many DVD’s from Beachbody, but this is one of the best series that I have tried yet. I have never been able to stick with a weight lifting regimen for very long, but Chalean makes me look forward to working out with weights. I already loved her Turbo Jam workouts.     As a two time P90X grad I am here to say Chalene Extreme is no joke. I had concerns after going through P90X that this program would not match up, not so, it is as extreme as the X in my opinion. I find myself completely shaking in my shoes after a CLX workout. If your thinking about getting the program stop thinking and start doing, you will not be dissapointed.

    OMG, I can’t believe how wonderful this program is. I am going on my 8th week and I am in the Push Phase. Chalene’s Extreme really has tightend and toned my body.     I love, love, love CLX. I was in a rotation rut and I’ve never ordered from BB before. I have now traded for several Turbo Jams because of Chalene in CLX. She is so motivating.     I love the Beach Body products and have done Slim in 6, Power 90, Power 90X and Power half hour, and a few more as well. They have all been great workouts. P90x was amazing, but I had a hard time making the daily hour long time commitment. I LOVE LOVE LOVE ChaLEAN extreme. This is by far the best workout I have ever done. I am not a huge cardio fan, so the intense, compact cardio suits me very well. And the weight lifting is fabulous. Thanks Chalean.

    I have been an avid user of Power 90, P90X and now ChaLean. I have been seeing the most results since starting the Lean Phase two weeks ago.     Best workout ever… I used to do TurboJam which I also loved. Needed to kick it up a bit for bikini season though so I bought Chalean Extreme as soon as it was available.     I am in Week 2 and I LOVE this program. It is like having a personal trainer come to your house.     I really like the ChaLEAN workout. Even my boyfriend is doing it. I love that it is upper and lower body together.I also find the people doing the DVDs motivating. I think it is really good to have both an age and gender variety. I would like have to seen the times posted in the DVDs but other than that I think they are great and we are really enjoying them. I find Chalene to be personable funny and motivating so her personality is a real plus…keep up the great work and we will too.

    I purchased Chalene since it appeared to be more weight training which is what I was looking for. As of today I have completed the Burn Series and notice considerably more strength in all of my muscle groups. I have followed the calorie intake suggestions offered in the book and some of the recipes. I have lost close to 10 pounds to date. More importantly my clothes fit tremendously better and I enjoy the workouts even though it is early in the morning. Can’t wait to see the final resutls.

    This is an incredible workout. The Burn Phase was hard, but I enjoyed every minute of it, I am currently in the Push phase and REALLY like it. I have seen serious changes in my body and endurance. In the first Burn Phase I lost over 7 inches. I plan to finish the Lean Phase and then start all over again.

    WOW…I mean this really IS Extreme weight training. I have been doing regular 6 day per week weight training workouts for my entire adult life and I had hit plateau after plateau for over 25 years of training, and once I’d plateau on one instructor DVDs, I’d purchase another instructor and set of DVDs but would eventually hit that same plateau and I never saw the real Ripped definition that those fitness models on TV seem to have…Until Chalene Extreme. Now I look like one of those models.

    I started this on Christmas day and am seeing the results in my measurements and how clothing are fitting me. I’m now at the end of week 2 of the Lean workout and it’s VERY challenging. I follow the workout schedule religiously and I’m very impressed with it all. I’m building up my muscles and though it’s taking me time to lose my excess weight, it didn’t take me 2 months to gain it either. I bought the select-tech weights and like them alot and when I travel take my bands with me to work out.

    I completed my P90X and Insanity before I decided to give Chalean Extreme a try. I have to admit, Chalean workout is a lot easier than P90x and Insanity …. but somehow I’m seeing better result with Chalean … the slow reps is just AWESOME … they’re easier to do but deliver big on the result. Recommend this to ALL.
