		<description>I started this on Christmas day and am seeing the results in my measurements and how clothing are fitting me. I&#039;m now at the end of week 2 of the Lean workout and it&#039;s VERY challenging. I follow the workout schedule religiously and I&#039;m very impressed with it all. I&#039;m building up my muscles and though it&#039;s taking me time to lose my excess weight, it didn&#039;t take me 2 months to gain it either. I bought the select-tech weights and like them alot and when I travel take my bands with me to work out.</description>

		<description>I love the ChaLean Extreme Series. I am onto the Lean Circuits this week and love the periodization because each phase offers new challenges. I am so pleased with the added muscle and increased strength. This is truly one of the best programs that I have done.</description>

I have been doing regular 6 day per week weight training workouts for my entire adult life and I had hit plateau after plateau for over 25 years of training, and once I&#039;d plateau on one instructor DVDs, I&#039;d purchase another instructor and set of DVDs but would eventually hit that same plateau and I never saw the real Ripped definition that those fitness models on TV seem to have...Until Chalene Extreme. Now I look like one of those models.</description>
